The Culinary Arts Program includes a teaching restaurant and the Great Lakes Great Chef's Dinner featuring the area's great chefs. Four culinary kitchens: Bakery, Introductory, Advanced, Garde Manger plus a beverage management outlet and a 90-seat training restaurant. Their philosophy is hands-on training.
