Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts - Austin, formerly known as Culinary Academy of Austin, offers a Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program. The program is comprised of five blocks, with each block spanning a three-month period. The Professional Culinary Arts Diploma Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF)
The Pastry Arts Diploma Program consists of 6 months of baker/pastry training including classic French patisserie. It is designed to give students a solid foundation to the Pastry Arts and prepare them for entry to mid-level jobs as a pastry assistant.
