A community driven school. This non-profit school (now working out of a church) has recently rehabilitated an old historic schoolhouse and is due to move in to their new quarters soon.

They will provide "payback" to the supportive community by providing students trained in the culinary arts and hospitality. There's much more as it is designed to work with area agriculture and they plan to have a working restaurant on the upstairs level. Give them a call for details on classes for public and students.
